In November 1998, Happy Family Entertainment Production LLC (HFEP) was established under License from the Economic Department and Ministry of Information in Dubai . HFEP is an affiliated company of Family Production Corporation SAL (FPC- Joint Stock Company) established in Beirut in 1994. FPC has already done multimedia, elearning, artwork, printing, market studies, dubbing, copyrights and other preparatory work. Future contributions will include support with services not available in the UAE. Mr. Rashed Assouma, the founder of HFEP, has obtained degrees in both, film Production/Direction and TV Station Management. He is presently the President of the Beirut Chapter of the Union of Arab Producers for TV Stations. The Union is affiliated with the Arab Countries League. Mr. Assouma is also a member of the National Association Broadcasters (NAB), Society of Motion Pictures and TV Engineering (SMPTE), and the American Film Market Association (AFMA). A professional team from around the world was assembled in Dubai to market multi-media production services, and establish a distribution network for our line of video products to customers in the Gulf region, and other Arab countries. The company is positioning itself in the market-place to provide multimedia production services (2D/3D graphics & animation) to be utilized not only by conventional advertising media (print, television, video, CD, etc..), but also to be utilized by our client's website on the Internet for promotional purposes.
